The process begins with an initial meeting to get to know each other, discuss your context, the challenges ahead, your objectives, and determine whether we feel comfortable working together.
A shared diagnostic then helps identify the priority levers before designing a tailor‑made journey in which each session focuses on exploration, practice, feedback, and integration, creating steady and lasting progress.
The journey concludes with a moment of grounding and projection, consolidating the learnings, defining sustaining rituals, and securing the next steps in your professional evolution.
A follow‑up session will be offered three months after the end of the program to review your progress.
