A shared diagnostic then helps identify the priority levers before designing a tailor‑made journey.
Each session focuses on exploration, practice, feedback, and integration, ensuring consistent and lasting progress.
The journey ends with a time for anchoring and forward‑looking reflection, to solidify insights, establish sustaining rituals, and secure the leader’s upcoming professional evolution.
A follow‑up session will be offered three months after the end of the program to review your progress.
